COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. established in 1982 is one of the European leader trading company for the wild" blue fish", (sardines and anchovies), fished in the open Adriatic Sea. At present the export volume is around 2,500 tons of which sardines represent 60%.
In the last years the COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. is, for example, specialized in the export of products of the Adriatic: codfishes, mullets, tuna, murex, clams, guaranteeing the best product in relationship to the quality and the price.
COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. has a permanent and close cooperation with the professional Fishing Associations of Middle and High Adriatic with special reference to Chioggia, Porto Garibaldi, Rimini, Cattolica, San Benedetto del Tronto Marinas.
The mentioned Marinas, all provided with brand new fishing-boats that allow them to easily fish in "Volante" or in "Lampara" method, and to adopt innovative techniques for the capture, are well equipped with modem refrigerating systems (2°C refrigerated water and iced stores). With these Marinas COSTA ADRIA TICA Srl. has developed a long term strong and profitable cooperation, which guarantees a remarkable fish supplying in every time.
COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. mainly supplies fresh but also frozen products can be offered. The fish is frozen in tunnels ( - 45°C) and afterwards kept inside constant temperature (-18°C) refrigerators. The freezing process is completed within eight hours from the capture.
COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. imports fish products from Croatia, Portugal and Spain, but sells to the most important European "blue fish" Industries located in France, Portugal, Spain and Italy.
COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. with its products also supplies some of the greatest European fish markets as Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Seville Bilbao Saragossa, Paris und Brussels.
Finally COSTA ADRIATICA Srl. guarantees the delivery of its own products, both fresh or frozen, within 24/48 hours all over by refrigerated trucks.
